These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pastrax app ("the app"), provided by Let The Robots Do It ("we," "us"). By downloading or using Pastrax, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pastrax on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

Safety — please read Pastrax is a fitness and mapping tool, not a safety or navigation device.

Do not operate, hold, or look at your phone while riding. Set up your ride before you start, and keep your attention on the road. Always obey all traffic laws, signals, and local regulations, and ride in a manner appropriate for the conditions. You are solely responsible for your own safety and conduct while cycling. We are not responsible for any accident, injury, loss, or damage that occurs while you use, or as a result of using, the app. Accuracy Location data, distances, speeds, elevation, and other statistics are estimates produced by your device's GPS and sensors and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on Pastrax for navigation, emergencies, or any purpose requiring precise or guaranteed information.

"As is" The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let The Robots Do It and its creator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for it (which, for a free app, is zero).

Intellectual property The app, including its design, code, name, logo, and content, is owned by Let The Robots Do It and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Termination You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted at this URL, with an updated "Effective date." Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
